What happens after you send a message
BSILS is currently a small program. Messages are read and responded to by one person. We aim to acknowledge messages within a few business days. If you are reaching out about an urgent situation — for example, an upcoming hospital discharge that depends on equipment availability — please say so in your message and we will prioritize accordingly. For situations that are immediately life-threatening or require emergency medical care, please contact emergency services rather than BSILS.
